We now have a shop with bisque, spray, and Doc Holliday Paints along with some other ceramic supplies.

The shop is located at the "Street Of Shops" in Lewisburg,
(100 N Water St. Lewisburg PA 17837)

They are open 7 days a week and take all major credit cards.

Gizmo Gremlin

This piece is 6 1/2" tall.
Base coat Doc Holliday Real Brown.
Dry brush entire piece Doc Holliday Medium Brown.
Dry brush areas to be white with several coats of Doc Holliday Cream followed by White.
Dry brush brown areas of fur Doc Holliday Toast followed by Doc Holliday Sand.
Wet brush ears, fingers, nose, around eyes and toes Duncan Native Flesh.  Highlight with Doc Holliday Cream.
Paint eye iris Doc Holliday Real Brown.  Black Pupils with white for glint.
Spray with sealer.

Mike the Mushroom

 This guy is 11.75 inches tall.
Base coat entire piece Doc Holliday Real Brown.
Using size 8 brush, dry brush body Doc Holliday Deep Beige.
With the same brush shade with Duncan Saddle Brown around base and hands.
With a size 10 brush, drybrush mushroom hat Mayco Orange Rust.  With the same brush add a little Duncan Cinnamon near the base of the hat where it bends.  Dry brush Mayco Orange over hat avoiding the cinnamon painted area.  Dry brush Mayco Honey Toast on top of hat part way down and around brim of hat.  Dry brush Doc Holliday Cream on top part of hat and around edge of brim.
With a size 8 brush, dry brush grass Doc Holliday Lexington Green.  With the same brush highlight with Doc Holliday Grass Green followed by Doc Holliday Leaf Green.
With size O brush, paint eyes White, followed by Blue Pearl and black.  Add a white dot for glint in eye.
Add blush to cheeks and lower part of mouth with chalks,
Spray with Sealer.

Butterfly Impression Candleholder

Dona's Hues paints were used in this project.
Drybrush white on the background of piece avoiding the butterflies using 1/2" angle brush.
With 1/4" angle brush, drybrush inter part of butterfly wings with Misty Mauve.  Drybrush middle of wings Victorian Mauve and blend the two colors together where they meet.
With 0 size Royal brush, paint antennas, body and outer edge of wings Iris.
Mix 1 part Heavenly Blue with water.  With 3/4" soft brush apply all over piece.  Gently wipe off excess.  Let dry.
With #10 drybrush, drybrush background with White and very lightly over butterflies.
Spray with sealer.  Glue in pre-glazed candle votive cup.

These ornaments are 2" X 2" and come with a hook fired into the bisque for hanging.

"Moe" "Larry" and "Curly" Cockeyed Pots


All 3 pots are glazed inside with a Terra Cotta Color to hold a real plant. 
"Moe" (middle pot) is 8" tall.
"Larry" (pot on left) is 6 1/2" tall.
"Curly" (pot on right) is 5" tall.
Base coat entire pot with Doc Holliday Real Brown.
Dry brush front face of pot and feet Doc Holliday Beige.
Dry brush rest of pot Doc Holliday Rust.
Where the two colors meet around the face, blend the colors together.
With the brush used to do the face, highlight lightly nose, cheeks, lips and feet with Rust.
Paint eyed White, with blue iris and black pupil.  Add White dot for glint in eye.
Spray with sealer.

This piece is 7 inches tall.
There are holes drilled into the hands to hold a flower or flag.  (Dragonfly in picture not available).

To make the base look like wood, dip the tip of a damp sponge in watered down Black and create streaks over brown for a wood tone look.

Let dry and spray with Matt sealer.

Penn State Lion
This piece is 7.5 inches tall.
Doc Holliday, Mayco, and Duncan colors were used on this project.
Basecoat Football White and Doc Holliday Midnight Blue.  Paint laces on football Doc Holliday Cream.
Basecoat lion Doc Holliday Real Brown.  Drybrush lion with Duncan  Saddle Brown followed by Mayco Medium Mocha and highlight with Doc Holliday Toast.
Base coat base with Real Brown.  To make the base look like wood, dip the tip of a damp sponge in watered down Black and create streaks over brown for a wood tone look.
Base coat grass Doc Holliday Lexington Green,   Drybrush grass with Grass Green, Leaf Green, and with green in your brush highlight with Cream.

Valentine Belly Bear Night Light
This Guy stands 14 inches high with insides that light up 2 tiny heart belly bears.

Doc Holliday paints were used on this bear: Base coat bears & vine around heart Real Brown. On Bears lightly dry brush Toast and then highlight with Sand. Dry brush Toast on vines. Base coat leaves Lexington Green, then dry brush with Grass green and highlight with Leaf Green. Base coat Roses with True Red and highlight with Christmas red. Paint eyes white with Medium Brown Iris with Black pupils and lashes. Add white dot for glint in eye. Paint inside large Bear white. When dry paint Duncan Sparkle inside bear and on Roses. For bear's Red heart belly, paint with any red glitter paint.
Spray all 3 bears with Matt Sealer.
Cut out a cardboard oval platform with tabs on the longer ends. Paint cardboard white and glue iridescent grass on it. Bend down tabs and place inside bear. Glue tabs to inside of bear also tape them down with masking tape to reinforce. Glue bears with 527 glue to cardboard base - see picture for placement. Attached Clip on light and enjoy!



"Salty" & "Sugar" Bundle Up Polar Bears

"Sugar" sits 6.5 inches tall and "Salty" stands 7.75 inches tall.

Mayco Paints were used on this project.
Basecoat bears with Dark Gray Blue. Drybrush bear’s fur with Gray Blue, followed with White 4 to 5 coats, stomp the white into the texture, less so in deep crevasses. Blush cheeks lightly with Coral Rose added to your brush.
Basecoat Black to eyes, noses, pads of feet and claws. Drybrush these areas except eyes with a small amount of White added to your brush; add more White to highlight if desired.
Spray with Matte Sealer.  attach Scarf of your choice.


Welcome Bear

This piece stands 17 inches tall.
Duncan paints were used on this project.
Base coat bear with Black. Base coat welcome sign with Chocolate Fudge.
Drybrush welcome sign with 2 to 3 coats of Saddle Brown followed with 2 to 3 coats of butterscotch, highlight with Ivory added to your brush.
Drybrush “Welcome” with Ivory followed with White.
Lightly drybrush bear’s fur (avoiding the snout area) Charcoal, followed lightly with Ash.
Drybrush snout area and fur around eyes with Chocolate Fudge followed with Saddle Brown. Continue these areas with lightly with butterscotch; highlight lightly with Ivory added to your brush.
Paint eyes and nose. Spray piece with Matte Sealer and paint gloss sealer to nose and eyes.

Bear Holding Picture

This cute bear can hold your favorite picture and is very easy to dry brush. He stands 7 inches tall and is $5 in bisque. The plastic picture holder is 5 X 3 1/2 for $1.
Base coat entire piece Real Brown. Dry brush bear with Toast. Dry brush again with Sand. Paint nose Black and eyes Black with White dot for glint. Paint bow tie Teal. With paint still in your brush, add a little bit of White and dry brush highlights on bow tie. Spray with matt sealer. Glue a velcro strip to upper hand of bear and the other velcro strip to top back to plastic picture frame where the other velcro strip will meet. This will help hold the plastic frame in place.
Flower Pot Thermometer Plaque

This wall hanging beauty is 12 inches tall and 7 inches wide.

Base coat entire piece Real Brown. Dry brush white area with Bone and highlight with Cream. Dry brush leaves and stems with Lexington Green, then with Grass Green, then highlight with Leaf Green. Add a little bit of white to your brush and highlight top of leaves. Dry brush clay pots Terra Cotta. Dry brush Frog with Lexington green and then Grass Green. Add a little bit of Real brown to your brush and highlight frog lightly. Paint eye Mustard with Black pupil and White dot for glint in eye. Paint trowel Silver with Medium Brown on handle. Paint Lady bugs True Red then Christmas Red. Paint spots on bugs black. Paint numbers on plaque Black.
Spray with Matt sealer.
Glue thermometer stick (note the small black mark on glass stick is placed at the 70 degree mark)
Glue green styrofoam to back of pots and insert artifical flowers.
